To access your audio download:

1. Enter your 12-digit access code.
2. Click the Continue button.
3. Type your email address into the Email box.

Note:
Please enter a valid email address and check the address before continuing. We will send you a download link via email, which you can use to download the files later if you need to.

4. Tick the box to confirm that you accept the licence agreement.
5. Click the Continue to files button.
6. Either:
   1. Click the Download now button to download a ZIP file containing all of the audio files. You will need to extract the audio files to play them. For help doing this, see Extracting the audio files.
   2. Click the Download individual files link, and then click the Download button next to the MP3 file you want to download.
7. When you are asked if you want to save or open the file, click the Save button. Choose a location on your computer to save the file.

When you use your access code, a link will be sent to you in an email. You can use this link to download your audio files.

The link will work for 31 days from the date you entered your access code. If your link has expired and you cannot use your audio download, email Customer Support at eltsupport@oup.com for help.

You might have used your access code already.

• If you see the message This access code does not exist, it means that the code was typed incorrectly. Check the access code carefully and try again.
• If you see the message This access code has already been redeemed, it means that the code has been used and cannot be entered again. If you used the code, check your email for a link to download the audio files.

Each access code is single-use, so you can only enter it once.

• If you bought your book second-hand or borrowed it from a library, unfortunately you will not have access to the audio download.
• If you bought your book as new, we recommend that you return it to the shop you bought it from for a refund or exchange.

You have permanent access to audio files you have downloaded. We recommend that you keep a copy of the downloaded files on your computer or laptop. You can transfer the files to any compatible device to play them.

You cannot download the audio files on a smartphone or tablet.

If you are trying to download the files directly to your mobile device, please use a computer or laptop to download the files instead. You can then transfer the files to your device to use them.

Some of the audio files are large and might take some time to download. How long the files take to download will depend on your internet connection speed.

If your download fails, or your internet connection is lost during the download, try downloading the files again. You can use the download link in your email to do this.

• Your email address
• The access code or website link you are trying to use to download the files
• A screenshot (print screen) of the problem you are having

Yes, you can play the audio files on your smartphone or tablet. To do this, you first need to download the files to a computer or laptop and then transfer them to your device.

Yes, you can transfer the files to any of your compatible devices. Please note that the licence agreement for your audio files does not allow you to share the files with anyone outside of your school or college.
