Nina Spada is Professor in the Second Language Education Program at OISE, University of Toronto where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in second language (L2) learning and teaching. She has participated in a number of international projects related to the teaching and learning of second and foreign languages including those sponsored by the World Bank and the European Commission on the Teaching and Learning of Second/Foreign languages. She is co-editor of two book series: Oxford Key Concepts for the Language Classroom published by Oxford University Press and Language Learning and Language Teaching published by John Benjamins.
