Olga Sayer is a DELTA qualified TEFL/ESOL teacher, an e-learning instructional designer, and a published EFL author. She has a wide range of teaching expertise including face-to-face classroom teaching in private language schools in Oxford and elsewhere, experience in the primary sector, and considerable experience of teaching individuals and classes online. She has designed full scale digital learning courses for a number of clients. Currently based in Abingdon, U.K., Olga has over two decades of experience in language teaching, and is always looking for fun and creative ways to teach English. She has worked as a Senior EFL course designer and materials writer at Yandex, Practicum, as well as a language teacher at Oxford language schools. Her experience includes preparing students for international exams, along with one-to-one mentoring of professionals from various areas, from business to psychology. Olga holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Moscow State Teacher Training University, a Cambridge DELTA qualification, and the Foundation Degree in Digital Learning Design. Currently, she is finishing her diploma in counselling, and is working with other counsellors in the field, designing learning materials and helping them improve their English.
